Nitro Plus
A blend of sawdust, shavings, nitrogen and ash. Nitro Plus can be mixed with soil to create a rich growing medium, a porous and absorbent soil that holds moisture and soluble materials. The nitrogen added by Mallard Creek aids in making proteins, necessary for green leaves and strong stems. Also available with extra moisture retention.
Organic Lite
A blend of fir and cedar shavings with nitrogen and iron, Organic Lite is certified by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) and exists as Mallard Creek's most popular high-quality compost/soil amendment. Manure added upon request. Also available with extra moisture retention.
Potting Soil
Mixture of Nitro Plus, sand and perlite, Mallard Creek's Potting Soil can be used as a soil amendment. It absorbs water readily and stores it for plant use. The addition of perlite also aids in preventing water loss and soil compaction.
Soil Sweetener
Containing sawdust, OMRI certified organic ash, iron, potash, magnesium, and zinc, Mallard Creek's Soil Sweetener is used for recycling nutrients back into the land.
